These rules are built into the product and are the same for everyone.
01Everyone opted in
Every person in the results created a profile and allowed it to be shown. Nacto does not scrape social networks or CV databases.
02Free means free
People change their status whenever they like. Anyone silent for 60 days ranks lower, and after 90 days leaves the results until they come back.
03Contacts stay locked
The model never sees emails or phone numbers. Contacts are exchanged once both sides agree.
04You choose
The AI explains why someone fits and links to their work. The decision is yours.

The short version
Is Nacto only about work?
No. People build teams around ideas here, find collaborators and people who share their interests. Work and projects live in the same profile.
Do I need a paid ChatGPT or Claude plan?
No. Nacto works on the free plans of both. On Claude's free plan you can add one custom connector, which is enough.
I'm not hiring for a company. Does it work for me?
Yes. The plugin goes into your personal account. On the first intro Nacto asks who the request is from, a company or you. The candidate sees that name.
Where do the people come from?
From profiles people filled in on Nacto themselves. Each one set what they're open to, a rate and the date they can start.
Can I look for teammates without a budget?
Yes. In their profile people mark that they're up for a startup for equity or a passion project. If you're building a team, Nacto shows exactly them.
Will the person I found see my email?
Only if you share it for replies and they accept the intro. Until then they see the task and a name.
Will Nacto send me notifications?
No. It stays quiet until the conversation needs a person or you ask for it.
How do I disconnect it?
